Our commitment
Arcleron Global Group LLC is committed to making its website and client information usable by people with disabilities. We aim to follow generally recognized accessibility practices and to improve the experience as the website and our services develop.
Accessibility practices
Our current approach includes semantic page structure, descriptive headings, text alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard-accessible links and controls, visible focus treatment, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and clear labels and instructions.
We review new public content and client resources with accessibility in mind. Automated checks can help identify issues, but they do not replace practical review or feedback from people using assistive technology.
Documents and third-party technology
Some downloadable PDF documents, browser-based PDF viewers, email software, hosting features, or third-party destinations may behave differently depending on the device and assistive technology being used. Arcleron does not control every third-party interface.
If a document, feature, or third-party process creates a barrier, contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative appropriate to the request.
Request assistance or an alternative format
Email arclerongroup@outlook.com with the subject "Accessibility Assistance." Please identify the page, document, or task; describe the barrier; and tell us the format or communication method that would work best. Do not include disability or medical details unless they are necessary for the requested assistance.
We will acknowledge and address the request as reasonably possible based on its nature and complexity.
Feedback and ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We welcome specific feedback about barriers, compatibility, or improvements. Contact us at arclerongroup@outlook.com. This statement may be updated as our website, resources, and accessibility practices change.
