Scope
This notice describes how Arcleron Global Group LLC ("Arcleron," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through this website and in related communications. It does not replace a client-specific agreement, confidentiality agreement, or information-handling instruction.
The site is intended primarily for business representatives and prospective clients in the United States.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:
- Contact and business details, such as a name, business email, telephone number, title, organization, and address.
- Project, account, operational, supplier, and service-request information that you choose to provide.
- Communications and attachments that you send to us by email or another approved method.
- Technical information processed by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser or device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.
Opening or downloading a blank client form does not send the completed form to Arcleron. The website uses email links; your email provider processes a message only when you choose to send it.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate prospective work.
- Prepare, administer, and deliver authorized services.
- Maintain business records, communicate about requests, and coordinate approved suppliers or service providers.
- Protect the website, our systems, and the people who use them.
- Meet legal, regulatory, accounting, insurance, or dispute-resolution obligations.
- Improve our website, forms, and business processes.
How information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, email, file transfer, professional advice, accounting, security, or other business operations; to a supplier or provider when authorized or reasonably necessary for a requested service; to authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of some or all of the business.
Arcleron does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose client-submitted information to an outside party merely because that party may be commercially useful.
Cookies, analytics, and browser signals
Arcleron does not currently operate its own advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising tools on this website. Our hosting provider may use essential technologies and process technical logs to deliver, secure, and maintain the site.
Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, the site does not currently respond to them. We do not knowingly permit other parties to track visitors across unrelated websites for Arcleron advertising. Third-party services reached through a link may follow their own practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, an active or anticipated business relationship, recordkeeping, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by the type and sensitivity of information.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to our size and operations. No email, internet transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, unnecessary government identifiers, medical information, or regulated data through ordinary email. Contact us first when a controlled transfer method may be required.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we maintain about you, or ask a question about our practices. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request, and certain records may be retained where permitted or required.
Send requests to arclerongroup@outlook.com with the subject "Privacy Request." If California or another applicable law provides additional rights, Arcleron will evaluate and respond to a verified request as required.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and Arcleron does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the matter.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the website, our services, or legal requirements change. A revised notice will be posted here with a new effective date; material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable method.
Privacy questions may be sent to arclerongroup@outlook.com.
