Acceptance and permitted use
These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website and its public resources. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You may use the site for lawful business-information, inquiry, and prospective-client purposes. You may download Arcleron client forms for your organization’s internal evaluation and completion when seeking Arcleron services.
No engagement or professional advice
Website content is general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, engineering, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
Visiting the site, emailing Arcleron, downloading or submitting a form, requesting an NDA, or signing a starter form does not create a consulting, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship. Arcleron is engaged only through a written agreement accepted by authorized representatives. Work begins only when the required agreement and scope or work authorization are in place.
Client resources and submissions
Public forms are intake and readiness tools. They may not address every requirement for a particular project. You are responsible for providing accurate information, having authority to submit it, retaining your own copies, and using an approved transmission method.
Do not submit information that you are prohibited from sharing. Do not send highly sensitive or regulated information through ordinary email. Arcleron may decline, return, restrict, or request a different method for any submission.
Electronic communications and signatures
Electronic communications and signature options are governed by our Electronic Communications and E-Sign Notice and any instructions in the applicable document or agreement. Paper signing remains available unless a particular transaction lawfully requires another method.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, branding, graphics, documents, and other content are owned by Arcleron or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws. Arcleron grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the site and use its public forms for their intended internal business purpose.
You may not sell the forms, misrepresent them as your own, remove ownership notices or branding, scrape or systematically extract content, or reproduce substantial site content for a competing or commercial purpose without written permission.
Acceptable use and site operation
You may not interfere with site operation or security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person or organization; use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity; or submit false or unauthorized information.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site or resources at any time. We may also restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, Arcleron, or others.
Third-party services and links
Links or references to third-party websites, email providers, PDF viewers, suppliers, or service providers are offered for convenience. Unless Arcleron expressly states otherwise in writing, they do not constitute endorsement, partnership, warranty, or responsibility for the third party’s content, availability, security, privacy, or performance.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and public resources are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcleron disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise that a website resource is suitable for every organization or transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcleron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or losses arising from reliance on website content, inability to use the site, or use of an unapproved transmission method. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to arclerongroup@outlook.com.
